PATCHING/ APRON REPAIR

This is the preferred repair method we use when repairing asphalt work.

POWER EDGING

All grass areas will be power edged to ensure a manicured finish upon application of sealer

POWER CLEANING DRIVEWAY

We use high power blowers to remove all dirt, debris, mulch, and dust from your driveway.

OIL SPOT TREATMENT

We will apply latex based oil spot primer to all oil, gas and grease spots on the driveway.

JOINT SEAL SYSTEM

We use hot crack filler to seal the joint between the asphalt and concrete.

CRACK REPAIR

We use Hot Pour Rubberized Crack Sealant to seal any cracks in the driveway

SEALCOATING

We hand brush for a smooth & better coverage (only spray big driveway and commercial parking lots)

BARRICADE DRIVEWAY

Upon completion we will barricade your driveway with custom Minta Contracting yellow Banner Tape
